Recruitment Consultant Candidate Recruiter (home based) Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE for Year 1 £21,400 - £23,400, OTE for year 2 £24,000 - £26,000)

Due to expansion, new exclusive contracts won, and an increase in demand in the Social Care market, we are looking for a Candidate Recruitment Consultant to join our family-run, specialist Social Care recruitment business where you will be a key member of Candidate Generation within AJ. We are looking for a confident, passionate individual who has good personal values that fit with ours, and someone who wants to make a long-term commitment to us. You will report directly to our Candidate Manager to ensure the communication channels are open from day one.
This Candidate Recruitment Consultant position is a home-based role so no more daily commute; with weekly and monthly face-to-face team meet ups in and around the Leeds area for both business and social occasions. You will be working within candidate generation arm of the business and you will be responsible for the following:
Liaising and working directly in partnership with the business development team, the marketing team and the account development and sales team.
Generating new candidates whom you will be getting fully compliant to place with our customer accounts (our top 5 have been working with us for more than 10 years).
Communicating across multiple departments to ensure smooth transition of candidates into our customer organisations.
Building key relationships on multiple levels on the phone, via teams and face-to-face.
Onboarding new candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Our systems are second to none as we use 100% cloud-based technology, and you will have access to world class software and the number 1 CRM in the world, a high-end laptop, with extra monitors and wireless headset, so you will have all the tools you need to do your job.
